We have owned Mastiffs for fifteen years and have been breeding for the last nine years. Tanamera 'Richard' - aka "Morris" 2003 - Ch. Tanamera 'Richard' - aka "Morris" The Kennel is situated on 3 acres set on the outskirts of Paraparaumu. Our dogs are exercised daily on the beach. We treat all our dogs as pets and they live inside with our family. All puppies are 'home reared'. Our love of Mastiffs began in the late 70's. They were initially very hard to obtain (and still are!), so we had to wait 12 years. Our devotion to the breed has only increased and we love all our dogs dearly and are passionate about the breed. This passion has led us to plan our breeding programme with the utmost attention to soundness and type.   We are of course always happy to encourage puppy owners to show and to breed but first and always the Mastiffs we breed are meant as family pets. All Tessenday mastiffs are hip and elbow scored before breeding. We breed to improve the breed and to produce quality pups, and only feed top quality food through-out their lives to ensure healthy puppies and happy grown mastiffs.
